Light Language, as well as Holy Fire III Reiki and other energy frequencies, are incorporated into the energy transmissions for these group energy sessions.

What is this experience like?

Each energy session has its own healing theme. Sometimes I will know ahead of time what the healing theme is for the group. Other times the message will present itself during our time together. You can join for as many sessions as you wish, but you can also skip any.

What to do to prepare
​For your comfort through the session:

• Give yourself a few minutes to log in to Zoom
• Be in a quiet uninterruptible space
• Get comfy in any resting position (sitting or lying down)
• Have water nearby to stay hydrated

​Here's what to expect as we start
​​I’d love to see your faces in the beginning to say hello. Then, I’ll invite you to turn off your video and mute yourselves. It’s not necessary for me to see you for you to receive the energy transmissions and I want you to feel like you can get cozy in your space. I will leave my video and audio on during the session.

To maximize this group session, here’s what to expect for our time together:

• A brief intro/hello
• A short guided grounding/settling in visualization
• The Light Language/energy session
• Bringing the session to a close​

When the session is complete, I’ll offer some closing words and then sign off. Because
the session will be potent, I want you to have time to marinate in the frequencies without the interruption of coming back on video.
